THE COST OF YOUR EVENT
A lot of my clients ask - What exactly does all of this cost?
Until we have a in depth conversation, I don't know. Every wedding will bring together a unique team of vendors. You might love flowers so that will be a big portion of the budget. Or maybe you want drop dead gorgeous photos and we fly in the best photographer in NYC. How can I tell you the price of a wedding we haven't planned yet? The truth is, your wedding will cost as much as you'd like it to, and as much as it needs to in order to do the work the way we need to.
The weddings you see and love here range from $300 - $2000 per person. The design of your wedding are cultivated to tell a story tailored specifically to your style. Pricing is impacted by the location, the number of guests, your menu selections, entertainment, design, décor, etc.
I provide three budget projections to help you understand the way in which your money can be allocated. This gives us the opportunity to discuss the business side of things in advance. You have the opportunity to ask questions so that you can truly understand where your money goes and just how much it buys. We will spend what it takes to create the experience you want, but never more than is necessary. A wedding is a major investment. I will look after your budget as if it were our own.
WHAT DOES PLANNING COST
My team works with a limited number of clients each year, and I personally design and manage each one. Our connection - yours and mine - is absolute and the foundation of all of the work we will be doing together. You will never work with a coordinator, an assistant, or any other representative during the planning process. When you call, I answer. When you DM me on Instagram, I respond. Tastings, meetings, demos, and more we will do together as needed. Onsite at the time of your event I will be at the helm of a full staff including coordinators, taskmasters, and representatives from all creative partners. But ultimately - it’s you and me. We are in this together.
Pricing is customized based on the scope of work that needs to be done and includes both a retainer and a management fee ranging from 15% - 20%. This fee is applied to the overall cost of the wedding.
Travel expenses, administrative fees, and minimums may apply and will be disclosed for your approval in advance.
